Come and join me for Inside Flow by Candlelight at my home studio in Woodfield Park Drive, right in the heart of Leigh-on-Sea.
Inside Flow is a modern style of yoga where every movement is choreographed on beat, building toward one beautifully seamless “peak” sequence performed to a single epic main song. It feels like dancing through yoga - dynamic, emotional, expressive - leaving you energised, connected and completely in the moment. Perfect for anyone who loves flow yoga, music and a little bit of magic on the mat.
Classes run regularly on Monday evenings and this is a monthly special by Candlelight.
